Every property presents unique opportunities—and unique challenges. For this lakeside residence, the goal was to reimagine an existing outdoor living space to better support entertaining while making the most of the limited area between the home and the shoreline.
Granite Ridge Landscape Company relocated the existing fire feature to create a more functional gathering space, constructed a custom outdoor kitchen for effortless outdoor entertaining, and installed premium artificial turf to maximize usable lawn space while significantly reducing maintenance. The existing irrigation system was thoughtfully modified to support the synthetic turf, helping maintain a clean surface and promoting long-term performance.
The completed project delivers multiple outdoor living destinations that flow seamlessly together, creating a comfortable, low-maintenance environment where family and friends can gather while enjoying beautiful waterfront views.
